Honest people. Honest prices. Great deals on precious metals. One gentleman i dont know his name but always greets with a smile and Brandon is very personable. We talked about everything from coins to 4-wheelers. They always take the time to let me know what I have when I bring something in for them to look at, I appreciate them taking the time to do that. Fair prices whether buying or selling. Do not go to Ozarkcoin in springfield, it is worth the drive to Nixa to go to MJ coin
Called them negotiated a price to buy silver coins. I drove an hour and a 1 to get there. Then, they refused to honor their price. And wouldn't buy it.
Long time customer i havent been in the store in a while decided to get back into coins. NEVER AGAIN MANAGER YELLED AT ME BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT HONOR THE PRICE REFUSED TO DO BUSINESS WITHOUT RAISING THE PRICE OF A $20 FRANKLIN SAID HE WAS TIRED OF PEOPLE STEALING FROM HIM. RONNIE WOULD NEVER TREAT ME THIS BAD. HONOR YOUR PRICE ON THE TAG!! SCREAMED AT ME TO GET OUT OF HIS STORE!!
Had a great experience selling to them. So quick and a fair price !! There was this creep that was leaving the store as I was entering the store and the employees made sure I felt safe while I was there—they helped me feel better by making jokes! There’s nothing like getting proposed to multiple times by a random 60 year old. Yuck. Thanks MJ employees for buying my stuff and making sure I felt safe leaving the store!
I'm reading lots of reviews that this is an "honest" dealer. I called to sell a 1 oz gold Maple Leaf and was quoted $360 below spot. Their price for the same exact 1 oz gold Maple Leaf was $5135 - that puts their buy/sell spread at $435 (gold currently at $4060) - that's over a 10% margin on a recognized 1 oz gold coin. Wow, talk about gouging. I think I'd rather deal with USPS/Fedex and an online dealer.
