His repair service is phenomenal. If you go in the store and have questions he is more than happy to help you understand the process of repair or help you decide what you my want ( even if you’re on a budget but want quality). His Staff including Rebecca is also Phenomenal and very very helpful and friendly. Customer service is impeccable! I WILL NOT GO TO ANY OTHER JEWELER . This isn’t a paid review at all. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I have not been able to wear my wedding ring since 2023 because the center diamond kept falling out. I took it back to the place I bought it and had them fix it twice. When the diamond fell out a 3rd time I decided to not take it back there again and just not wear it. I was recommend by many people to use Mark’s for repairing my ring and when I showed them my ring they told me what the issue was, how they would redesign it to make it not fall out again and had my ring back to me in a timely manner. I get to wear my ring again and I’m so happy with my experience with them. I highly recommend!!

I recently lost my husband and decided to have our wedding bands made into a pendant. Rebecca was of great assistance in helping me decide on the actual design. The execution and quality of work was amazing. I now have a beautiful pendant to wear and treasure. The design is a heart inside of a circle. What a great reminder of the love we shared.

Got my ring resized. Was lucky enough that they only had to stretch it and didn’t have to add any gold saving me a lot of money. They were so kind to keep in mind of the engravings on the inside of the ring. Also cleaned it for me! Got it done in a week and I’m so happy with it!!!

Excellent jeweler. Brought in a ring to have the main stone replaced. Different cut and size after being told by another jeweler it couldn't be done. Charles looked at it for 5 mins or so and said give me a week. A week later we have a beautiful ring that was masterfully repaired for a great price too. Highly recommend!
