They are very honest about everything. They’ll tell you what they’ll give you for something and then let you know what they are going to sell it for. They look up what it’s worth right in front of you. They even called us back one time because they found out the item we sold them was worth more than he thought. He didn’t have our number either so he spent the time to look us up on google and then try a bunch of numbers until he finally reached us and told us that he owed us some more money. I thought that was a really nice gesture and it showed us that they are really honest company.

Overall a terrible experience there is a way to speak to customers and the older gentleman does not seem to understand that. He behaved very pretentious and spoke in a manner that was very belittling tried to make us feel stupid and even "forgot" an item among 20-30 worth more than his total initial offer. As first time customers this was a terrible display of integrity

Absolutely horrible . The sign says diamonds and watches , asked to see them and they said put away in safe. Never even offered to show them , nothing . I’ll go take my 15 grand down to Frontenac and spend it with them. I don’t ever leave reviews like this but the second I walked into the store it was nothing but trash all over the floor.

This man has no idea what old coins are worth I wanted to test him I took four coins up to Scotsman's jewelry had them tell me what they would give me for them took them down to him he was $800 short of what they was willing to give me this guy is screwing people I would not sell him nothing he insulted me and I would not buy nothing from him
