We visit almost every week for game nights. This is a very welcoming store for everyone! Would highly recommend for board games and card game needs.

We are visiting from out of town and this place was extremely welcoming and inclusive, the staff waa super friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of products, we were looking around for a good while because there was so much to look at, it was phenomenal! I do wish they had a bigger play space but with the amount of space they already have, it's understandable that that would be hard to do. It was an absolute wonder and delight stopping by Level One!

Very helpful people here at the store. Very friendly. Listening to the kind of games that I like and help me find one that is great! Tons and tons and tons of games here. If you are in the area in like games, you should definitely check them out.

Absolutely an amazing business. We came in looking for one piece packs and they showed us not only the packs but offered us the bulk cards as well!! Every employee checked on us and helped us out and was very knowledgeable on all matters of subject. Thank you so much specifically to all of the employees for being absolutely amazing!

I love coming to this shop and I visit frequently. There are always new games to browse and I love the used game section - tons of great finds! However, today when I went to be rung up, the gentleman helping me (a man with long hair) asked another gentleman wearing a tan ball cap for assistance in ringing me up (the item had a red sticker, so it was assumed to have been a discounted item). Instead of assisting his coworker or asking politely for his coworker to wait just a moment, he barked that he was working with another customer (which was not fully apparent at the time). The man helping me clarified he was unable to ring up discounts, so the man with the hat did decide to help. While assisting us, the man in the ball cap continued to act rudely towards his coworker in front of me and others. I know that everyone has off days, but I really want to express how disappointed I was to witness how poorly one of the employees was treating another. Good customer service is also about how you treat EVERYONE around you, not just your customer. Be a good teammate, and your teammates will be good to you.

Great shop! Huge selection of boardgames, tabletop minis, magic, and paints/supplies. They had 15% off everything GW, with some marked down as far as 40%! Thus the pile of stuff we bought. LOL! 🤣 Staff was super nice and helpful and we found all we wanted and then some. Will be back next time we are in town!
