100% less stressful than going to Walmart. I would prefer any check fee be given to this place than Walmart or most other stores. The lady who helped me this afternoon was courteous and surprisingly fast, especially for the fact it was my first time there. I will continue to come here if I need a check cashed. There was zero line and it was so smooth.

They just hired a girl not woman with dreads and no top row teeth.Thats decides if she wants to take u the ringer to cash a check depending on the amount .I used to like this place.The other 2 workers wudnt help her.Could tell she was new.Heavy set lady in middle window could not make it out the chair she was sitting in.The so called soft spoken man which I believe is the manager who usually cash my check he wouldn't say anything either just stayed down at his window while I went back and forth with his worker who didnt kno how to cash a 401k check. She was mad because my check was 1500$ and she didnt have two nickels to rub together.smh.Dont go to the girl with the dreads.She looked like a geek.Why as u cant support black businesses.Took up 30 min of time to not even get it cashed.Time I will never get back.Then she passed me the phone to tlk to the person on the phone who was verifying my check.Asking me personal info questions wit a lobby full of ppl.Pissed me off.Start at top wit manager work they way dwn to the workers and get new professional staff.No Stars.

I been going to this location for over 30+ years and they still have a big turn over within this location.The manager Mr.Cook has NEVER EVER given me a issue,I see he is trying his best with what he's giving but those employees are not equipped for customer service at all. If he doesn't have a strong team it will be harder on him to operate a friendly business.He knows what he's doing 100th % but he's only 1% and he needs 99% more to stay positive.I seen so many of his employees treat customers poorly,speak bad about him, act lazy,move slower than necessary while the lines are long on a busy evening.As usual Mr. Cook back there moving fast and getting the lines down.Y'all see this is where the issues starts with to effects businesses.Mr.Cook held it down ,like a boss should've.Then once again he was short staff!!. It's not him it's what's he's giving to deal with,and he's succeeded each time. Y'all customers services is extremely hard, when your dealing with the public on a daily. You never know how your day gonna go, until you get your first two customers of that day(Facts)So I'm here to say it first."Thank you for all your hard work Mr. Cook(The Manager)".
