I checked their loan info regarding jewelry as collateral online before going into the store. Online stated they verify/authenticate the metal and carat of stones and base the values on resale price. I walked in and the girl told me they only do 25% of the scrap value. I understand this if I wanted to just sell the jewelry. This is shady and a total rip off and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Pawn Bucks was very considerate and very professional about everything but also made you feel like it was ok to get a loan like they understood the situation you were in.
Bought boxes of 20 5.56 and each box had 19 bullets in it. Won’t be seeing me again.
First time experience was great. Didn’t get the price I wanted on a gun but he was fair and polite about it. All the employees were respectful. I would definitely come back.
Don’t go here unless you desperately need to. They were not friendly didn’t take anything and seemed like I was interrupting their day. Don’t give them the benefit of the doubt. Go outside of Troy to another pawn shop.
