Jewels on Hampton is the best place in St Louis to go get a watch fixed and to buy any sort of jewelry you need. Have been here a few times to get watches and jewelry fixed. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. I Needed to get a chain fixed as well recently and they let me leave it there so they could find the piece they needed to fix it, that way they could make sure it wouldn’t break again. Recommend this place 10 times out of 10.

Aj was very personal, first I got my girl her wedding band . And then I came back to get mines . Although I had to wait to get it sized . We did enjoy a good conversation while I waited . Hands down I would of never knew about them if I haven't turn on my radio 😎 . Just wanna take this time to Thank "AJ" and the staff for making me and my wife very happy ... From Ronnell and tay tay

Went in the store to get a quote on silver coins that were donated to our church. After being greeted nicely by an employee and asked to wait, we were taken to a spot on the counter where we pulled the coins out for the owner to look at and hopefully give us a quote. His first statement was “we’ll have to test these first” and then asked if we were wanting to sell them now. We said no; we were just looking for a quote to take back to our church. He gruffly said “well, you’ll have to make an appointment.” We told him that another place gave us a quote on the spot, and his reply was “every place is going to give you the same amount.” We hastily put the coins back in our bag and got out of the store. After being treated so rudely, we will not be going back to this store and suggest you don’t, either. If we could give zero stars, we would. In response to the owner’s reply, we waited MAYBE 2 minutes for the owner. There were other employees assisting those BUYING things. We did not see anyone else SELLING as we were. Two other shops we visited were far busier than this one claimed they were and we were assisted promptly and respectfully, with a written estimate in our hands when we left so that we could present it to our church for approval.

I had an amazing experience at this jewelry store! Their diamond collection is absolutely stunning, from classic designs to modern styles, everything sparkles with perfection. The staff were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I found exactly what I wanted. Definitely my go-to place for fine jewelry!

I actually liked the staff! The place is beautiful. It was an experience. They had several charms/pendants for necklaces both gold and silver. I loved the selection for the heart shaped pendants! ❤️. I will most likely return. Also the shop has vintage jewelry too! Check it out.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Jewels on Hampton. Al was very helpful in educating us on purchasing and wearing rubies. Had he not, I would have regretted my purchase. I ended up with a lovely garnet. We are excited to find a knowledgeable gemologist who didn't try to "upsell" us.
