I have to say these Gentlemen are indeed Fair and Honest. I was treated very well and I will definitely be back again to buy or pawn or sell.

I am amazed that this place is only rated a 3! To my surprise, the staff was very friendly. They were quick to help me find what I needed, and they even gave me a great deal on a gold chain! After reading the reviews, I almost didn't give them a chance. They were one of the only places open on a Sunday, and I almost didn't have a choice but to go there to get what I needed. I'm very glad that I went! I'm going back this afternoon to get another chain that I saw when I was there LOL you can't beat the quality for the price! I would've paid 2x more if I would've went to Crestwood coin and jewelry like I usually do! Big THANK YOU to the guys that helped me yesterday!

Complete waste of time. I called over the phone and they said they'd take my $300 Pikachu pokemon card for $60. However, when I got there the man with the long red hair tried to offer me $5 for it!!! Bad for business!

If I could give zero stars I would. The man with red hair tried offering me $25 for my playstation 5 with 2 controllers and 3 games and works like new. I've only owned it for a month!

I have been doing business with first capital pawn for many years. Just for getting into a little trouble. Once in a while I would not go to another pawn shop. I know these people, they're honest and you don't have to worry about. Your jewdory, or whatever you may be pawning.

Great pawn shop! When people think of pawn shops, they either think of two things, 1. making a quick buck for something that would take time selling elsewhere or 2. getting ripped off on their possessions. When shopping at a pawn shop, value to your personal self/life are a big factor as well as market-value. As a seller and buyer of this pawn shop, I can say they do a great job helping the customer get their needs met. Staff members may only be knowledgable in one or two areas, but they will listen and try to understand what you're saying and talking about to help you get what you need in a specific area. I love this pawn shop! Best one I've been to in the area. I like that the staff will try to understand and talk with you to figure out your needs, INSTEAD of being rude or giving up because what you're in for isn't their expertise or in their wheelhouse of interest.
