So my wife lost her diamond from her engagement ring and I went to family first pawn to see if they had a diamond to fit and they did. Well I came home to think about it and the Lord helped us find her diamond in our garage after sweeping. I went back to family first pawn in republic mo and they helped set it back clean it up and made it better than we first got it. Amazing customer service. Recommend for sure.

I came here with a very old ring to have cleaned and resized. When i picked up the ring i couldn't believe how well it looked. Plus their jewely could of got away with shanking it just to make extra money. But she saw it was unnecessary and didnt do it and i appreciate that. She also communicates well. Great service!!! Had no problems with looking at firearms. Was able to put a firearm on layaway and make two payments at once. Would highly recommend and will for sure be a returning customer!!😁😁 Thanks for the great experience.
