Poor businessman I went to pawn an item and was only asking at least a third of what it was worth he admitted that it was worth a couple hundred more refused to do business because of how long it would take to sell it, I was pawning the item so to use that excuse could only suggest he never expected me to make my payment which is labeling me but saying all new customers can't b trusted. Bad business in my eyes what he should've been thinking was here's a quick buck I'm helping a new customer and even if he doesn't 0ay I'll make the business a couple hundred minimum in the long run
Extremely unprofessional employees. These people will scam you. I went in to look at their firearms and noticed a used handgun that was marked up $25 above retail price. I asked the employee if it was stock which he verified it was so then i told him about the price and he literally chuckled and ignored me. so then i asked him if he was going to reduce the price since it’s literally above retail and to that i was laughed at again and told he’s not going to change it just wait for someone to buy it. i let him know what i thought of his business tactics there in the store. this place is not good for business. save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else.
They will appraise your jewelry as much lower as it's value, which was my experience I bought 2 rings each for over 300 ,when I went back to see how much it's was worth from the same ppl I bought it from they told me 20 dollars,
They had good customer service that was about it, but if it comes down to putting something and getting the actual worth of the item, you’re better off just selling it on marketplace do not go to this pawn shop!!
Bo's well basically rob u they are overpriced and give lowball offers game stop 2.0 "DO NOT GO TO BO's PAWN SHOP" not worth it. Go to THE PAWN right next door way better they are fair and genuine great people and service.
