A great company for gold, silver coins. They also buy lots!

It's always a great time to go look at their new items and shoot the breeze about the precious metals industry when I sell my inflation hedge. It's always a very fair price and not to mention the knowledge you will get when you ask questions. I've turned my Mom their direction and she couldn't be happier selling to anyone else. I highly recommend using AMERIGEMS for any and all your precious metals sells, and historic/ancient jewelry that needs sold. Been doing a lot of looking at gold online and decided to give Amerigems a visit. I am very glad that i did. I was impressed by the selection that they had. Lots of cool stuff, and seeing the gold in person definitely gives a different feel than looking online. James and Susan were very knowledgeable and friendly answering all my questions and then some. Will definitely be back to check out some more gold and see Max the dog!

Called to ask if they pay current market value on silver bars and the lady was very rude and says they pay soft which means they won't pay market value on silver or gold even though they upcharge on silver and gold when you buy as well. Very disappointed on the level of poor customer service even over the phone. It was a very simple question cause majority of gold and silver dealers pay market value and then charge a fee when buying just like you do on stocks. Im taking my silver and rare coins elsewhere, they really disappointed me when I was willing to give them a shot.
