Joke of a owner and store. Don’t waste your time or money. Charged my card for a purchase. After days of trying to contact them they finally called back and told me they could fulfill 0% of my order. I tried to ask what else they may of had In stock to see if we could work something out. They didn’t want to hear any of it. Ended up taking a week to get the funds back on my card. There are many professionals out there but this business is anything but. Buyer beware this is not a seller or dealer!!!!!!!!!
Great selection and prices on the website. I ordered online and everything I ordered arrived in great condition. Also despite what some of the other reviews say, I thought customer service was very good through email and phone. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because it took quite a long time for the package to arrive. Would recommend
Not a true coin shop. He asks you what you're interested in. Then when he shows it to you he wants YOU to make an offer. Horrible place, waste of time for any collector to stop at!
This shop would be happy to purchase a diverse assortment of various coins. I actually ended up going to the more than once because they seem to be quite Reputable. They also can sell you virtually. Anything else you want. They might need some time to gather it, but they will find it and get it to you. If you're considered buying or selling coins, you might check this guy first.
I have placed 7 orders with vally coin and everyone of my orders were canceled by them. They have a website with prices that they don't honor or keep up to date. They have a specials list that they have items on it and will not honor the prices. Everytime they cancel my orders it takes 7-10 for my credit card company to take hold off because they are to lazy to fix this by canceling the transaction. I've lost out on items on ebay because of this. They are horrible. Please stay away it's not worth it. Company that can't keep there prices current or honor there mistakes.
