me and about 100k other ppl who follow and listen religiously to mark, sorry, dont wanna call him out, but we all get to see andy and crew, (miles franklin) and these guys are some of the most heartfelt, honest, moral dudes i have ever heard of, i as well have bought from them, they did a damn good job, just as expected, and i truly kept an open mind, look, if they were shit or "just salesman", id happily say it, right here right now, but hell to the no they aint just salesman, these guys have saved so many damn ppl from crooked companies out there its not even funny. i could say so much more about these guys, nothing negative, like, at all, but gotta get on with my day, bottom line, if your looking for a gold dealer or want to set up gold ira, get ahold of these guys, damn their good.. best damn prices too!

Disappointing service. Was purchasing 1/2 oz 2025 gold eagle on a slab for a gift. Overpaid to get it due to rush. Got the coin, no slab. They say they’ll make it right, but they can’t make up lost time. What a joke! Great videos, lost service!

I find it unfortunate that folks would feel comfortable posting negative reviews when a business can not overcome issues beyond their control. This post can't really overcome the google damage by small minded people. In any event, I have been doing business with this company since I started stacking. I should probably thank the Rick Rule symposium for meeting them. I have too many examples of their amazing behavior to mention. Today was yet another example of why I would never buy or sell with anybody other than Miles Franklen. Grateful Gordon.

On April 19th 2024 I purchased 100 silver eagles (random year) paid the typical premium on top of spot plus a little more because I used a card. No problem with the pricing as I have made a few other such purchases from other dealers. What I received is what many dealers would term as cull. Many of the eagles were marked and tarnished. I hesitated for quite some time of saying anything as you can tell by the purchased date. I used to listen to what Andy and one of his promoters had to say regularly. Not anymore nor have I since I received that call lot they would have definitely paid less because of the condition on top of a normal business operating spread. I used to have pictures of those coins, but wiped them from my phone gallery some time back unintentionally. That order is stashed with others in a safe place. However I will upload a pic of the slip received of that order to authenticate this review. My respect is null for the Miles Franklin team as a result. They could have told me ahead of time or at time of purchase, condition of coins would be much less than desirable. I did not expect mint, but I did expect better than what I got
