They weren't buying the coins I brought in at the moment . Said come back in a week super rudly. Then another guy says no wait longer than that and laughs. Didint even get a hello or a friendly smile . ( What can I do for you ) He said behind bulletproof glass while looking a grump . Acting above it all like I wasted his 30 seconds by even trying to sell the coins I had . And not sure what's up with the entry/ front of the store. Random decor that didint even go together or have anything to do with coins.

Really enjoyed dealing with the folks at Great Lakes. I didn't know what ti expect as I have never experienced selling any gold and coins before. They were friendly, very thorough, and fair. I had a large collection to sort through and they determined what was of value. They even gave me more information on a couple pocket watches, which will remain family heirlooms. Thank you for your time and knowledge. We will be back.

I spent some time in this shop while visiting from out of town. The place was packed and the phones were ringing - the staff remained calm and polite. The owner was very respectful and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend supporting this shop.

Another good stop! Wiped em out of their foreign stuff. The shop seemed to be well stocked and very busy. I got to meet Rob. Looks like a really great place! The prices were fair. My biggest problem was I showed up while it was snowing and right before closing. If I’m ever back in town, hopefully I have more time! I will come back if given a chance.

I sold a few coins and scrap metal here and received exceptional customer service! Extremely friendly gentleman that helped me. Very fair on prices paid for my items. Also purchased a nice slabbed peace dollar which was priced about 12% below guide which I felt was a very fair price! They have a nice range of items. Lots of the essentials for coin storage like tubes/flips. They have bins of 90% silver coins priced very fair which would be great for someone that likes searching for coins! I’d highly recommend this coin dealer! Thank you !
