alot different then Duluth Midwest Coin. Cranes are weak

Absolute rip off. Machines inoperable but still accept your money. No attendant means no way to get refunded
Most of their machines at the Holiday Inn in Alexandria, MN do not work. We lost approximately $10 by putting tokens in five different machines, having them eat the money, not give us credits, and not return any change. Clearly this is an issue because the hotel front desk is supposed to have tokens set aside to refund people, but they were all out because so many people had complained.
We had an issue with a machine at a hotel over Labor Day Weekend. The hotel gave us Midwest’s number, we got a call back almost immediately despite the fact it was Labor Day and had a refund check in our hand two days later. We were very satisfied with their response and quick action to rectify the issue. Play with confidence and if you do have an issue I recommend reaching out to them directly.
