FAKE , FAKE ,FAKE DIAMONDS ARE NOT REAL THEY EVEN HAVE A FAKE DIAMOND TESTER ! They sold us rings that were not real paid 1.5k for the ring and tried explaining to them that we got the ring tested by 4 different places and they stated that they were indeed fake diamonds. When I tried to sale the ring back to West Michigan exchange they offered me 400 even though I asked just for 1k back . I was willing to take 800 but he low ball me because he knew they were in fact NOT REAL . SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEM TELLING ME THE DIAMONDS WERE REAL KNOWING THEY WASNT . Please don’t buy from them if you don’t want to get scammed .

I went today to sell a piece of jewelry. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman with smile and a happy hello. I'd never sold jewelry before. The gentleman who tested, look at it. He was also very friendly. This is the place to go if you need to sell something. 💙

One stop shopping!! Great place to buy, sell & have jewelry repairs done! These are the people you can trust!! We have conducted business with them for several years now & they have always done us right on everything! We love the great family owned atmosphere they have! Today I brought in a pair of earrings I was looking to get repaired. The post of the earring was missing on the earring I wanted to get repaired. I brought in a scrap earring with a post that was similar to the earring's post I wanted repaired. In 10 minutes or less my earring was brought back to me fully functional & like new again!
