I had an appointment and Ashley invited me to come in a few minutes early. The process of evaluating all of my jewelry "bits" was fairly straight-forward, and Ashley explained the process and the items as we went through each of them. Very professional and friendly, I was quite at ease with the entire process and the eventual payout for what they would accept. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to offload their "excess" inventory.
Jamie was not only kind and welcoming, he also walked me through the gold and buy-back process step by step. His humor and conversation was enlightening. He educated me not only on my jewelry, but also shared a wealth of information about karats, coins, and—most interesting to me—Rolex watches. His knowledge of Rolex timepieces was especially impressive and truly showed his expertise. I left Tappers with a smile and shared my wonderful experience with Manjola Proko literally in the parking lot. She was also warm and inviting. She spoke highly of Jamie as well, and I couldn’t end the conversation without sharing how exceptional my experience had been. I will definitely be back to Tappers soon!

Ashley made the process so easy. We chatted a bit about the sentimentality of a few pieces, and she even priced out individual pieces for me, in case I decided to keep them.
