Did a social experiment with trading my ¼oz silver coins for a 5 oz bar. We all understand they have to make a little bit on a straight trade. But paying 170 over spot for SILVER is robbery DON'T TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS METALS HERE. I was offered a straight trade plus 10$/15 +at 3 other locations.

They were very respectful and kind. Just they offered my boyfriend .50c for a game, that they had for 14.99. In my opinion they do over charge on things for being used. Will go back but probably only for jewelry, because that's what it seems like they like to buy for a good price.

Every offer I get from every person inside of the store seriously low-balled me. No wonder they stay in business they mark up everything they buy by at least five times what they paid for it. They are definitely getting down on their customers and I see why the parking lot is always empty every time I drive by to the other pawn shops. The older gentleman that run the store are reasonable but the young kid and the people who were just there to dust shelving should not even be behind a computer to offer anything because they know nothing and should stick to what they know and get the vacuum out. I'm surprised they are still in business by the way they just push their customers out the door and to the next door down the road. I understand it's a business but God dang man, this is people selling their livelihood try to pay bills. Two stars for the two older gentleman

This place and I got off on the wrong foot right off the bat when during COVID they harassed me about not wearing my mask correctly. I shouldn’t have even been wearing a mask at all due to a medical condition but I decided to be nice since the only people who I saw working there were older and they still harassed me about it. Anyway, I decided to give this place another chance out of the kindness of my heart just to see that everything here is outrageously overpriced. I get it, you’re trying to make money, but here’s a tip for you - nobody’s going to pay full retail for already opened Lego sets, nobody is going to pay collector price for sporterized antique firearms, nobody is going to pay almost double what an item is actually worth especially if it’s used. If you actually want to move some product, maybe bring your prices down a little, unless your staff just enjoys watching items sit there forever like a museum and collect dust all day.
