The lady in there was kinda rude. Bought an expensive item (225$), which I wanted to return. (I asked if I could return it, they said yes but didn’t specify “”store credit only””), even though 99% of businesses that offer refunds, do so in cash/bank as a default. When I tried to talk to her, because she didn’t specify when I bought the item, she just got very impatient and acted like a female-dog, while making it look like my fault for not asking when I bought the item. I am 16, all the stores (that offer refunds) that I’ve been too up until now do cash/bank card refunds. ||IF YOU HAVE A POLICY THAT ISN’T COMMON||, you disclose it to first time customers; that is just common decency. She also never gave me a receipt even though I asked her for one, “I’ll remember your face” (should’ve been a red flag tbh) Summery: Rude woman that doesn’t disclose obscure policy to new customers, lost 225$, very peeved. By the way, I kinda sugar coated what I wrote, because if I didn’t, there would’ve been a lot of cussin, more that what google would’ve allowed/would be polite.

Nice staff members and owner. They have good prices avalible for everything and worth the deal. I am more of a gaming type of guy and they have alot of good games there selling for 15-25$ and even consoles like xbox,ps4, and even and Oculus Quest 2 all under 200$, If you dont know the prices the main company is selling off then it is way more then 100-200$. I highly recommend comming the the pawn shop to get good deals.

This place is awesome 😃 great merchandise at an affordable price and the customer service is knowledgeable and helpful! You can find great video games and gold jewelry in excellent condition too . I truly appreciate how they treat their customers with loyalty and respect! The best pawn shown in Western Michigan 🫡❤️💯

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Both the owner and the woman worker are terrible people, never in my life have I ever met individuals with so much disgusting disrespect, scheming lying manipulators. They told me my items were trash to get me to accept a lowball offer, I told them no and they would not accept defeat, they bombarded me with questions on why I wouldn’t sell and called me shady and weird for not accepting the offer given and repeatedly saying no multiple times he gives me an offer WAY above what I was asking for because he wanted my items and I still said no it’s not about the money it’s about the disrespect that was shown. I’m shady for not wanting to sell my stuff for Pennies? You people need to be held accountable, I hope everyone reads this and decides not to go to you for anything because that is what you deserve.
