I’ve dealt with these guys a few times and every time I go in there I question myself because I get an awful feeling while I’m there. It’s like they enjoy making you look stupid for giving them business. Example…I go in with an Elvis collection that included Elvis stamps, 8 cd’s, an Elvis biography book, and poster that came in an Elvis box sold altogether, the guy behind the counter says I’d give you a dollar but this guy on the other side of the counter might give you two. I said I’ll just keep it thanks. But it didn’t stop there….I will not be back and plan to take my business where I feel comfortable. They even tried to short me $10 on a pair of 14K gold earrings as his partner was checking me out. The other guy told me $90 but when his partner asked he said $80. I had to jump in at that point and say you said $90, his reply was well I tried. Really!!!

Excellent expierence here. Very unique selection of items, owner is very fair on prices etc. I will definitely be a repeat customer. 5/5

This business is tops. Recently took in some items to sell and everything was totally up front. The items were weighed right in front of you, not in a back room where you have no idea of the weight. I feel the purchase price was very fair and will make this shop my go to place.

Great place to go. Wonderful people. made a purchase of an electronic item, had an issue with it and zero problems with getting it exchanged or if I wanted , a refund, I would certainly purchase from them again!

I went to the shop to buy silver. They had US mint silver coins as well as bullion. With prices being high, I asked how the bullion was verified as pure. I understand that it can be uncomfortable to have a person ask to verify the legitimacy of one's business but fraudulent items exist. A legitimate silver dealer must certainly check the legitimacy of any precious metals or any items that they buy, for that matter. A good dealer should present a sliver detector and show that their silver bullion is legitimate. The people working, whom I assume are the owners, appeared frustrated and insulted and got quickly argumentative. There is an old saying, "Trust, but verify." Not offering validity is problematic but becoming argumentative and defensive, is a big red flag. I gave 2 stars because they had a nice selection of coins and items but I will stick with my normal dealer. I found a dealer that is a bit of a drive but the dealer always verifies his silver and has been understanding when I have asked about validity. I will avoid this shop in the future, as they are at the very least, very unprofessional.

I’ve seen the great reviews of this store and honestly wish I had the same experience that others have had but it was sadly not very great. I had a simple misunderstanding when it came to their DVDs not knowing that only some of their movies fall under their buy 2 get 1 free deal. I spent over an hour and a half picking out DVDs thinking they were buy 2 get 1 free. I had about 30 or so movies I had picked out and then when I went to check out they started giving me a hard time. Basically saying all the movies I had don’t fall under the deal. It was a simple misunderstanding and it was my first time there so I didn’t know. I thought maybe they would be nice enough to honor the deal anyway. But sadly they wouldn’t and were very rude because of it. I thought I would be able to pick through and grab the ones that I wanted most and could afford but the employee got super hostile and started grabbing the discs right off of the counter away from me. Which made me feel like he didn’t want to sell to me anymore. It seemed like something that could’ve been easily sorted out but instead I left empty handed because of how the guy was treating me.
