Very professional to do business with. I would work with this company again.
Called and asked “do gold and silver bullion” answer “ what can I help you with” I asked 4 times. With the same answer…. Then he says “ you don’t have to keep asking”. “ Well sir, your yet to answer my question!” Do you have a wide variety my 6 year old could pick out a cool coin?” “We’re too busy for that, have a good day” was my response…. Wow. I will never set foot in your store…. I’m a collector, I know my stuff, and like to check out different lcs with my son. You lost my business and I’m a customer you want!
I found this place online, drove an hour to have coins appraised only to find the place closed. The hours posted on the building don't match online information. I guess someplace else will get my business.
He was super sweet and friendly. Honest and fair in everything. Love the vibe here. This will be my spot for any of theses type of needs..

Extremely disappointed. I previously bought a silver round here at $93/oz despite the messy shop and cold service, but my second visit was even worse. I stopped by at 4:00 PM (heads up: they close at 5, not 6 like Google says) and the owner rushed me out, claiming he had zero selection left. It’s clear he doesn’t want the business. I ended up going to Treasure Trove down the road and had an excellent experience with great service. As a new stacker, I’ll be taking my business there from now on. Don’t waste your time here.
