Oduwa Is absolutely fantastic, so helpful, kind and really went beyond to help me with my situation with my comic. Everyone who works there is so helpful and kind. Highly recommend dropping off your comics there to get them graded.

I mean, everyone has their own view about whether coin grading is slowly destroying the hobby or making it safer and more reliable. It personally leaves me feeling cold and I've yet to find someone who can explain the difference between e.g. MS62 and MS64 apart from random luck. But I guess it's sort of a must if you're trying to sell a high grade coin. I'll therefore try and restrict my review to the service and not coin grading in general. My main complaints would be: (1) The forms you have to fill are insanely complicated and time consuming. (2) You have to become a member to use the service. Seems like just a way of gouging you for more money and makes it difficult to amateurs / hobbyists just trying to grade one or two coins. (3) It's so slow. Like, I'm pretty sure in fewer than 45 working days I could get a mortgage and buy a whole house. (4) The price. I tried to look up quite how much money they're making and couldn't, because it's owned by a hedge fund. Perhaps unsurprisingly.

Reliable and respectful staff... Helpful and professional. Glad to deal with NGC London. Except delays are too long and would love to see them open on weekends

Came here to tell you ngc cgc pmg fairwell goodbye this was my last submission I spent hundreds if not thousands since 2015 with little to no luck it was a disaster every coin I would submit had little to no chance of ever grading and what did get graded was not correct your company defiantly was praying for my downfall and while I was out and about praising your company enough is enough
