From the first contact until the finished deal, my experience with Samuelson's was beyond my expectations, in the most positive way! Liz communicated with me clearly and promptly; her instructions were easy to follow and complete; and she gave me an appointment in a timely manner. When I arrived at the Chevy Chase office, I met Allie and was impressed with her easy manner, professional demeaner and friendly attitude. She was remarkable! In case I wasn't already amazed, I almost fell out of my chair when Allie gave me a check in exchange for the items she accepted from me. What a wonderful business Samuelson's runs. First of all, the offices are lovely! The receptionist was very helpful. Allie was very kind, thorough, and thoughtful. I had some silver (and silver-plated, it turns out) pieces assessed, was seen right on time, and found the whole process easy and a bit educational.
