No update on order. Estimated shipping date was the week of February 6th. I have received no updates on it and the website says out of stock.

I used to buy all my bullion here, they still do a pretty decent job. I took pictures for them and posted them on their reviews page, the first American eagle type 2 coin for instance, and they had nobody posting anything for them at that time. Eventually my photos got over 2,000,000 views and I started a YouTube channel to try and ride this momentum into something more, so I reached out and asked if they would mind sponsoring me so I could put them out there more than I already did, I mean, 2,000,000 views says I got something people want to know about. I deleted everything as I don’t enjoy ungrateful people, I also no longer buy my bullion from here either. I realized this place is about money and not about people, so I moved on and have found far better bullion dealers with better prices, and yes, I already have over a million views on their products and “shocking” they actually responded to me when I reached out. Unlike this business. Do they sell bullion at a decent price, sure. Can you find better deals? Absolutely, you can buy under-melt all day if you know what you’re doing. This place is mediocre at best now, I haven’t made a purchase in a few years and I won’t again.

I have been a customer with them since 2023 and have never had any issues in either quality, shipping or communication. They often have the greatest deals, and more importantly, the lower if not lowest premiums. Shipping is within the same week, comes with tracking, and the packages are always extremely well protected upon arrival (complete with semi-discreet packaging/return name as well.) I have reached out one time for a request about my order, and received quick and thorough customer service (thank you, Anna!) Also, if you reside in a state that is tax exempt for bullion purchases; you don't have to fill out any online forms or request a refund for taxes charged (this has happened to me on a different site) - they take care of all that for you, so your check out is smooth and issue-free.

5 stars. Good company to work with and buy from. During Silvermania, I bought from 3 different online bullion dealers. I very much do NOT recommend Bullion Express and absolutely DO recommend Monument Metals here. MM shipped my product quickly, even with the delays and all the craziness in metals markets. It was sent with tracking and a required signature. It was well protected with bubble wrap and tape. Product itself was sealed and in immaculate, dare I say “mint”, condition. Thanks, MM. I’ll be back.

People are correct the prices are usually cheaper than the other places to buy gold silver but unfortunately the shipping experience you probably will have does not make this place worth it. I have had to contact customer support on a couple different occasions about getting my items still waiting on items that were supposed to be shipped February 6th the week of and today's the 18th still not shipped and have not heard back after a couple messages to them... sadly I probably will not use them anymore after I receive my items.. I would rather pay just a little higher price and actually get my merchandise in a timely manner

I’ve been collecting bullion for a long time, and this was hands down the most frustrating order I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order with Monument Metals for three 1/10-oz gold Sovereign rounds. When my order arrived, one of the coins had a deep gouge in the rim — not a small blemish, but clearly damaged. I had to submit photos and return it for replacement. That’s where the headache began. Monument Metals shipped the replacement incorrectly. I had arranged for it to be sent FedEx to a FedEx Hold Location (since my delivery driver constantly leaves “missed you” stickers). Instead, they shipped it USPS, which isn’t even an approved hold option. I received a notice that it was delivered to FedEx, drove 45 minutes each way to pick it up, and FedEx said they didn’t have it. USPS was closed, so I had to come back the next day — another wasted trip. The next morning, USPS confirmed they didn’t have it either and that it had been delivered to FedEx. I drove back again, and FedEx still couldn’t locate it. I called Monument Metals, who admitted it was their mistake — it was supposed to go FedEx to FedEx — and said they’d send another replacement. By this point, I’d been waiting nearly two months since my original order. I asked for a refund at the current market value, since gold had risen significantly during the delay. They refused, saying they could only refund my original payment amount from two months earlier. A few days later, I was told the replacement was finally shipped. Then FedEx located the original missing package. I retrieved it, called Monument Metals to let them know, and asked if I could receive the replacement as well to ensure quality and choose the better of the two, given that this entire ordeal started with them sending me a damaged coin. They declined and intercepted the replacement shipment, having it returned to them. After three separate 90-minute round trips, they offered me a mere $30 “inconvenience credit.” When I expressed my frustration with the entire process — the damaged product, their shipping mistake, the wasted time, and the refusal to make things right — they banned me from purchasing from them again. ⸻ Bottom Line • They sent a damaged coin. • They shipped the replacement incorrectly, causing weeks of chaos and lost time. • They refused a market-value refund after their mistake delayed my order for months. • Their “customer service solution” was a $30 credit and then a permanent ban for being upset about their repeated errors. I don’t write reviews often, but this experience deserves one. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, be very cautious before ordering from Monument Metals.
