This store used to be good, buying and selling close to market price. Now they are buying back 1 oz American eagle gold coins I bought from them $81 LESS than market price, I had forgotten my ID, so I didn't sell, thank God for that! I am now looking for a new business, because they have lost mine! Plus, a few months ago, they sold me these very same coins for much higher than market price. The staff is also kind of snobbish. Prior their now cheating practices,I had been there several times, but this one lady acts like she's never seen me before. BYE BYE congressional jewelry and coin!!!

Top prices for bullion and excellent customer service. No better buyer and seller in the area as far as I’m concerned and I will always recommend them to others. Something special about that crew, keep it up! Wish all businesses delivered delightful service like this.

I’ve been looking for a place to sell my jewelry. I went to sell some jewelry that had some not so pleasant memories attached to them. Amber was super kind, friendly, and helpful! She explained everything to me and the transaction was very quick and easy! All the ladies here were so friendly and so kind! I will definitely be coming back here in the future. I 200% recommend coming here for your jewelry needs!

Made two transactions with Congressional Jewelry and Coins this past week after speaking with Amber over the phone to get an idea on pricing, which was really fair and the transactions went smoothly. This is a great local shop and everyone I worked with has been awesome. Very happy to have found a new LCS like this one!

Today, I went to purchase a gold coin, and the experience felt both elegant and meaningful. Stepping into the shop, I was greeted by the warm glow of display lights reflecting off rows of shining coins and bars. Each piece carried a sense of history and value, but I had my eyes set on a beautifully crafted coin—its weight solid in my hand, its surface shimmering with a timeless brilliance. The staff kindly guided me through the details: purity, weight, and the day’s market price. Holding the coin, I could feel more than just precious metal; I felt security, stability, and the quiet satisfaction of making a wise choice for the future. Paying for it was not just a transaction, but a statement—an investment in something that never loses its worth. Walking out with the coin carefully sealed in its protective case, I felt a small surge of pride. This gold coin is not only a symbol of wealth, but also a promise to myself: to build, protect, and cherish what truly matters in life.
