The owner was friendly, but I think he should follow through on the things he promises. Alejandro, the owner, responded immediately. My order is waiting for me. Unfortunately, I had misplaced my address. We raised the rating to 4. He finally got my order.

I'm a philatelist, and since 1990 I've been converting my collections to albums. Now I'm trying out Hefar cases for the first time. I called the store and received very friendly service, answering all my questions and concerns. They've gained a new customer, and I'll definitely be back to buy more philatelic material. I ordered a peseta album featuring Juan Carlos and I loved it. I already have one featuring Pardo, and this one is more complete, with everything in one album instead of three, saving me money. The shipping was super fast, and they even included stamps I haven't seen in ages. Highly recommended, of course. It would be ideal if they also released albums for the Spanish State and the Republic. I would definitely order again. Thank you.
