Nice owner and didn’t try to pull the wool over my eyes when he saw an older, female come into his store. He was honest and very fair with his offers. No problem with his check clearing the bank either. Don’t hesitate to contact this owner.

Fair trade. He was a few bucks below spot but he’s got to make some money too. I’d sell to him again for sure.

The lady there is very knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to talk to, the shop maybe called gold and coin but they will not buy your clad proofs, they buy gold and silver.

Went here today to sell a few pieces of unwanted jewelry while gold prices were high and we were pleasantly surprised on how awesome of an experience it was. Pattie was super friendly and really knew her stuff about gold and silver. She even helped me sort through what was costume jewelry and what was the real deal. I told her to toss the costume jewelry and she suggested I donate it which was a great idea. The place is a little tricky to find, but trust your gps…it is inside the metal gate for the mini storage/Uhaul place where gps guides you ALMOST to. Great experience.

I went here and had to wait an hour because they only let one customer in at a time. When I finally got in, the lady was very nice. She tested my chain and told me it was 18k gold and weighed 67 grams. I already knew the weight, just needed to figure out the karat. She offered $4300. I politely declined and thanked her for her time. She said you know we have to make a little bit when we resell it. I looked it up on line, the going rate for 67 grams of 18k gold is approximately $6900. I know I am not going to get that, but $4300, I suggest if you are selling, take your items somewhere else.

Listen I understand the market for silver is volatile. I can respect business decisions, but the same day I went to a coin show I was offered $800 (72) for the set of quarters I had. Bel Air Gold and Coin was only willing to offer $180 for 36. (I would imagine it would have been $360 for all 72.) I didn’t even listen to the rest of the numbers for the other coins I had. I couldn’t even get a decent number on the melt value here. I am sure they would be ok for other items but I wouldn’t take coins here.
