Hello. My name is Manuel Hernández. I've been an Ibercoin customer for some time now and have never had any problems. They are very professional and undoubtedly advise and help their customers at all times. I think this new phase is going very well and is on the rise. If you want faster shipping, as I've read in some reviews, then spend an extra 5 euros and have it sent by courier. If you're a collector, even a small one like me, that's no big deal and it gives you peace of mind. Although registered shipping shouldn't be a problem. Congratulations to the Ibercoin team. Good experience

In a previous auction, based solely on the weight and a brief description, I alerted them that they were auctioning a piece of jewelry as being of good quality. They immediately rectified this. In the last auction, I placed a higher bid than the first one, without exceeding the bid range. Curiously, they tried to sell me the coin at the highest price, even though no one else bid. After the substantial commission they charge, this seems completely illogical. I collect the item in person, and they even charge me for shipping, which is later refunded by bank transfer after I file a claim. When I speak on the phone about the various incidents and ask the person on the phone for their name, they simply say, "You've spoken to me before."... no comment. I'm 60 years old and haven't been in this business long (only 43 years), but I'm absolutely certain I'll heed their advice: "If you're not interested, don't buy here anymore." I wish them the best of luck, and I will continue buying at Cayón and other auction houses. Best regards, Jesús Pardo.

Hello, I have an old coin. I don't know if you're interested.

Terrible experience. I won a 1912 French coin at the April 3, 2025, auction. I made a bank transfer on April 4th. On April 14th, I contacted them to find out something, and they told me they couldn't ship it to me in Italy before May 13th due to Spanish legislation, which requires them to transfer coins over 100 years old to a government agency that will decide on the matter. Too bad this information was written in very small print when they informed me I'd won the coin. Enough! Never again will I buy from Spanish companies! I had to give it one star because the system won't accept my comment if I give it zero stars. So, in reality, zero stars.

Despite the name of this business, it doesn't actually deal in coins, only stamps. Go figure.
