I visited earlier today and definitely worth the 3 hour round trip. By far the best numismatic shop I’ve ever visited. They have a great selection of items and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Peter the owner is a Spectacular individual, I’m so happy I met this gentleman! So yes I will be back and to you the reader check out this shop!!!

I’ve been dealing with Peter for years and I had to sell over 3 oz gold and he basically ripped me off so bad, and I felt so low about myself we’re talking about over $1000. I called for other places to make sure that the price of selling gold would be the same because u can’t just make up your own prices, u can’t just rip people off by lowering prices as u wish . I have spent close to $100.000 at this store . Shame on u Peter . I will go further with this issue.

Wonderful store with extensive selection, staffed by kind and patient employees. Showed my 7 year old son all he wanted to get a closer look at and the owner gifted him a very special penny which is now the highlight of his collection. Will definitely be back and highly recommend, thank you from a young numismatist!

This coin shop and its owner are the best in the business. Peter (AND his staff) are very knowledgeable, professional, patient to answer a myriad of questions, have a fantastic inventory, will share with me directly what a distributor is charging to purchase the coins I am looking for, charges very fairly for coins he sells--the list of positives for this shop go on and on. Sometimes when I can't make it into the shop to ask questions because I can't fit it into my schedule Peter is always happy to answer my questions over the phone. His advice is so helpful when I am trying to make a decision on what to buy and when. I can't say enough good things for the positive experiences I have had at Northshore Numismatics.
