Overall satisfied with the process, I sent the pak, unaware that they did not accept colored stones so that was my fault, so I will be receiving those back. After a bit of back and forth we were able to come to an agreement on what I would take for the 2 diamonds l had sent in. Should be receiving the colored stones and some gold back that I didnt want to sell soon.

We have used CJ Environmental twice in the last year to sell silverware. My sister and I each inherited sterling silver from our grandparents that we never used. It was very fast and easy to ship and get a reasonable quote back. Much better to have cash in our pockets instead of unused silverware in the basement!

The process was so easy! I received FedEx package to mail my diamond ring to them for appraisal after mailing it back to them within a few days received a reasonable offer which I accepted.

I have had excellent experiences selling to these folks! Anything I have ever sent that I decided not to sell was always returned, no damage. Just remember in order to appraise they need to scrape sometimes pbut that doesn't always leave a mark. Its best to read and know what you're asking for prior to expectations as a customer, just my opinion. It is never a company's fault when a consumer doesn't read or fully understand the business in which they are interacting with and attempting to sell to. I can highly recommend Cash for Gold USA and CJ Environmental because I trust their expertise and appreciate their kindness. Some people come at them like they are thieves or crooks, when they are simply recording and documenting, appraising and shipping. Its such a wonderful outlet to sell scrap jewelry diamonds and metals to! I have never once had anything other than good intuition and gut feelings from them, and always have 5-star interactions! I wanted to take the time to appreciate them. They even give back through 10% bonus cards in shipments and sometimes do contests! The emails are awesome! Personable and professional. if I could leave a negative review I would! this company Stole from me and has now ignored my contacts! I sent my goods into this company based of reviews which are obviously paid for! when I receive my "offer" I choose to deny as I knew my material was far more than even close to what was offered! I was never offered or shown any analysis for my materials! once I denied the offer I waited for my material to arrive! when "my package" arrived it was a steel 3" door hinge! I'm not sure what they are trying to pull but there is very clearly theft going on with business! I will be filing police report as well as complaints with BBB! attached are pictures of what was sent verse what I received in return!
