Extremely personable and family-owned business. I looked for a week to find the jewelry store that paid the highest for gold and they were very helpful to me and beat out everyone else. Bill was very friendly and educated me on how the process works. I left with a full pocketbook beautiful, new diamond earrings (on sale at a great price) knowing that I was not taken advantage of he was able to make money off of the deal and I certainly made money, it was a win-win for everyone.
