Renting a U haul here was a good experience overall. The staff tried their best to get my every discount I could get since they didn't have the size u haul I needed. I would rent here again.

My fiancé and I were passing through after spending ever penny we had on a new camper and we walked in this shop of perfectly clean and neat name brand tools brand new everywhere and I came in with Walmart brand Hart tool set just needing to get some extra cash bc I came up short on the trip back home and the Lady Owner and Operator herself didn’t know our situation or anything we didn’t speak of our story so she didn’t give amazing service bc she felt bad it wasn’t sympathy this women genuinely cares about people and isn’t out to make a killing of people or cut them short at all she is running a business making a living but also going as far as she can she help people in need she looked at me and said she felt bad and didn’t want to not give us enough for them but they were used and offbrand and you could see she felt bad she looked them up what they cost said what she could sell them for then she amazed me when she paid me a price not far off from what she would even make off them then apologized she couldn’t pay more bc she had to make something. She has no idea how much she touched me by just caring about the next person in life. Genuinely caring for people it was absolutely amazing and was badass to experience my stop passing through Kentucky. Alway recommend this place absolutely wonderful place and owner thank you
