Rude and unprofessional. Don’t recommend doing any business with this location.

Have delt with American pawn since they started their business. Dale is the only owner I ever remember he has always been more than fair on loan amount he gives. He will work with anyone trying to work with them. We now live in another county. But still travel the time to take our business there when we buy or pawn. Because it's always quality stuff, at great prices and fair dealing. 👍 I wish more business has Dale running them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a set of speakers brand new in the box. And to my findings they’re bad. Tried to return them and they don’t offer a warranty on them. Would not exchange them or anything. I spoke to the manufacturer where they stated do not do business with a place that doesn’t offer a warranty. Which I was not told they were not under warranty when I purchased them. The manufacturer advised I do not do business with a business that doesn’t do their best to make it right. And I would advise you to not do business with them.

Alcoholic owner who is in a drunken stupor alot of the time. The shop can't keep good help and has inexperienced people at the counter alot of times because of the Alcoholic boss who runs people off with his behavior. I took a electronic unit to sell and his counter person didn't know how to test it and shorted it out. The owner refused to pay for the damage and cursed me out and told me to leave as I was now trespassing. I have done thousands of dollars of business in the past but the owner has gone over the edge. Beware if you go to the shop.
