Unknowledegable with gold, need to send it out to have it tested even if they bought from you several times before, pure bar, if you know gold you know gold and if you don,t move on from it.
AMAZING customer service! Attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable! They have lots of resources and connections when it comes to coins, but also jewelry and chains. I ordered a new rose gold chain from them; should only take about a week to arrive. And even though their huge catalog said $89 they calculated out that they'd only ask for about $70 (+tax). They bought my 14k gold ring band from me for $120. And said they can even buy the broken rose gold chain I have!
Good place to sell and buy silver or gold. If you are looking to get collectors coins appraised, do not go here. They offered only cents when I know one of the coins is worth at least $500, because I've had it appraisal at another shop.
A fantastic local family run business. The customer service is outstanding, and the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable. Plan ahead, as the hours are limited due to the small staff size. They will be happy to provide watch battery replacement services. It feels like you have stepped into a time machine when you enter the shop, and there is comfort in knowing that the level of customer service and expertise has stood the test of time. I would highly recommend.
