I bought my wife a beautiful ring here the service was amazing. The size was a little big and we came back a couple days later and they sized it at no cost. They were very helpful and I recommend doing business with them.

Terribleness. Bought a bad necklace from them they argued with me, screamed at me. Took my receipt did not give it back and now I need my receipt and they won't give me my copy!!!!! Inspect your stuff before buying never had issues that Jose is bad business from the R&R tire, Bosley and now The pawnshop BAD business.... I don't care I talked to my adjuster and sent the recorded phone call as well as this reply to the review thanks for helping me I don't have to come in.

Bad customer service Not willing to negotiate a price On something that they barely paid anything for And when told that you were going to purchase an item if they could possibly wait A few minutes later than closing time, which is understandable if they can’t But the people They said that they’re not worried about making the sale Because eventually they’ll sell it

Drove an hour one way on 02/16/2026 to look at a item they had advertised online for $395, showed up and the price was $550. First he tells me that the ad was for a regular 270 not a wsm, I showed him the ad that said wsm. He then tells me it was a really old ad and it should have been deleted a long time ago.. (it was posted 5 days prior) and that was for an old worn one (ad said condition: new) and yes he immediately romoved the ad so I wouldn't be able to dispute it, but don't worry, I had it saved so I have proof. See photo and don't waste your time with liars

My husband and I stopped in just to look, but I ended up buying a few pieces of jewelry. They have an amazing selection of vintage pieces and all jewelry was half price for Valentine's day! The guy was nice and willing to show me everything I wanted to see without me feeling rushed. We'll definitely buy from here again. It will probably be one of my go-to places when I want unique jewelry.
