0Everything's great, thank you.
Has anyone gotten fake silver from this place? I want to trust that they wouldn't do that.
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone especially if you're selling silver coins they offered me way more than any other place that I went to!!!
Best place to sell!
Unfortunately it's gone downhill lately. Prices offered super low when selling, no issues with selling prices. Seems pretty hard to get somebody up to help you. Except for one guy in there who's always busy. Doesn't seem like they want your business or care. They're just there to swap the gold and silver out for money which will be a check. Sad used to be nice in there.
Had to wait quite awhile,,but what got me was the offer for Morgan dollars...28.00 apiece. Friendly enough but really nice shop high overhead....I guess.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences Iβve ever had at a coin shop. I stood waiting for an extended period of time while one employee sat chatting and completely ignored me. It took another employee telling him to get up and do his job before I was even helped. Once I finally was, things only got worse. I brought in silver dollar coins and asked what spot price they were using. I was told $54, yet I was then offered $24 per silver dollar, which makes absolutely no sense and was never explained in any reasonable way. When questioned, the math fell apart quickly. It became obvious that the employee either did not understand basic silver values or was hoping I wouldnβt. It didnβt stop there. After weighing everything I brought in, he: Mispriced the gold Cashed out the silver Completely forgot to cash out the gold Then tried to blame me for βconfusing him,β even though I was simply standing there watching the process The entire transaction felt disorganized, sloppy, and unprofessional. I ultimately refused the silver sale, took my items elsewhere, and sold them on eBay for significantly more than what Heartland Coin Gallery offered. If you value transparency, accuracy, or basic competence, do not sell here. If you do decide to go in, question every number, double-check their math, and donβt assume theyβre acting in your best interest. I wonβt be back.
Rip off. I was told my coins were 50% silver and later found out they were 80% silver. Heartland offered me $30 but Philβs coin offered me $80. All the coins I brought in Philβs coin pay more than double.
Great place to find everything a collector needs and wants. Very fair pricing and superior service! Five stars don't do them justice!
