I’ve had my wedding set for 16 years and it was in dire need of cleaning and repair, but had been putting it off because I couldn’t find any jewelers that I trusted. I decided to check out Goodhearts Jewelry and I am so glad I did. Brothers Alan and Bruce have been in the business their entire lives and they know what they’re doing. I was greeted by Alan who immediately put me at ease with his kindness and knowledge. I showed him my wedding set and was pleasantly surprised by the affordable estimate I was given. I dropped my rings off and was elated when they called a week later to let me know that they were done with everything. I cannot tell you how thrilled I was with their craftsmanship. They replaced two small pavé set diamonds, soldered the bands together, re-tipped the center diamond and plated them in rhodium. My jaw dropped when I first saw my rings— they looked better than the day I got married. It was so sparkly that I was staring at my hand for weeks afterwards! I highly recommend these guys. I will never take my jewelry anywhere else!
Alan and Bruce are awesome! They are really friendly and provide excellent customer service. I took my wedding ring in to have it replated and repaired and they did an amazing job. I love that they are a family owned small business jewelry store. I highly recommended Goodheart's Jewelry and will definitely go back for all my future jewelry needs.
I was looking for another jeweler to trust after my long-time jeweler retired . Enter Goodheart's on a friend's recommendation. Alan and Bruce have been terrific to work with. I bring them existing pieces of jewelry for modification. The latest was a combination of family heirloom rings and my wedding ring. We worked together on a design that they executed to the letter with stunning results. There was a slight problem after I picked up the ring that they made 100% perfect without even a grumble.
Alan worked with his brother to repair and restore a family heirloom piece. They exhibited strong attention to detail and took time to understand exactly what was envisoined. The work was beautifully done, and at a very fair price. I recommend Goodheart's without reservation.
We had a wonderful experience with Allen & Bruce! They are so kind, genuine and HONEST. I had the diamond in my wedding ring replaced and they were fantastic...it looks stunning! I could not be happier and will definitely be back.
