Went in and looked at a pistol, the guy gave us a price. Go back today and confirmed with him, then the lady rung it up at full price. Bad me for failing to question the receipt at the time.Called and he played ignorant. Will not be returning to support this business.

Should have read the reviews before I went in there with my things to pawn. Looks like I’m not the only one to have ever been ripped off. Took my computer and my husbands planter tool in a couple months ago to pawn. With it being holidays and me having 4 kids in school it’s been crazy and a couple weeks ago I got a postcard from them to come into the store for my stuff. He would only give me $75 for my things. The computer itself was less than a month old and was over $400 when I bought it. The tool was easily worth $100. I went in today to be told they didn’t know where my things were!! I was like you don’t tag them?! They said yeah we do… so then duh find them!!! He said if I wanted my stuff back I had to buy it back at whatever price he named. I told him that wasn’t fair and he told me to pay my bills on time. I told him I just got a postcard in the mail 2 weeks ago from you telling me to come and pay for my stuff back. He said he didn’t know why I got the postcard maybe his computer just spit it out!! Umm it was hand written!!! Don’t go to these people unless you really do not want your stuff back at all!!
Bought a bad quality keyboard+stand that they said would produce good audio. I bought it for $136 with taxes. I went to sell it back to them because the quality was bad and not what they said it was to be. They then proceed to offer me a whopping $60 for the entire thing back. The dude I was talking with also was being disrespectful and ignorant as I was discussing it with him. Thats my bad though I should've looked at the reviews to see how terrible this pawn shop is. At the bare minimum they could've offered good customer service. Regardless the lady working there was kind.
