Been here 3 times within the past 2 weeks. I have no complaints. I come in get what I need and I'm out. The employees are nice. And they have both treated me well and with respect. Its also the closest store to me which makes it very convenient.

First off the 2 good reviews are FAKE !! ;) And this place has some serious Foul Attitudes !! No customer Service skills whatsoever.... I think they seem to forget that we keep their families fed... They offer you about half as much as all other dealers.. Since they clearly show us that we are unwelcome the moment we walk through the door then it's time to put them out of business....When the owner wants to know why his business failed he can just read these reviews.... SAVE YOURSELF THE GAS MONEY AND TIME AND CHOOSE ANY OTHER LOCATION BUT THAT ONE !!!

I’ve been trying out selling gold around the city the past 6 months or so and this is by far the best place to do it. They are VERY fair and also warm and kind. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is there have been quite a few times I stopped by during the day and they were just closed. No return time on the door. Just closed. My fault for not calling first, which I do now, and recommend you do as well if considering a trip there.

Website and storefront says 11-6. Showed up after speaking with somebody on the phone. Showed up to the place closed 2hrs early.

Just called here trying to find out what they’re paying on 90% silver US coins. I was told by the snotty woman to go to hell they don’t need my business because I asked how much they were paying. I didn’t ask for Nick, which is the owner of the shop and got cussed out?
