I visited The Gold and Silver Vault to determine the value of a valuable gold coin. The team was extremely friendly and helpful. They spent almost 30 minutes with me discussing the value of the coin and answering my questions. Everyone was very sympathetic, patient, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time they took to help me. I can highly recommend visiting this competent and trustworthy business.

I was shocked. Most of the time when I try to sell something I would get a lowball offer. I brought in some silver just by curiosity. Was shocked at the offer never liked an offer before from any store I was expecting 10 bucks lowball nope what they offer is pretty fair. I know where I'm making exchanges at now, as I will be buying from here also. Great selection!

The team here is just fantastic! When I inherited a rather large and diverse collection, knowing very little about coins and gold and silver, they were a Godsend! Heather and Mark instantly made me feel comfortable - friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and full of integrity. They took the time to help sort through what I’d brought with me in the store, to inventory the more valuable items and educate me on what I had, and then spent days going through the rest of the collection. When all was said and done I received a very generous and fair check. I can’t sing their praises highly enough! I will gladly travel to Vincennes to deal with them again.
