I have never felt so disrespected by someone. Was interested in maybe selling a couple guns. I sold one here before and bought some here before. The customer service has slowly been declining. Wasn’t sure what the market was like . So I asked for a value and what I could get. When I didn’t divulge what I wanted for them. You could tell his demeanor changed and he became aloof. After reading other reviews, this seems to be this guy’s M.O. (honestly that is what spurred me to write a review, to echo and validate what others have said as true) Then when he went to “check their stock”. Apparently they can’t afford computers or a spreadsheet program. Which would be smart considering ATF requires you to keep a register of your inventory. Then he came back and let me know they weren’t interested. I wasted an hour of my time on my day off. It’s not a giant warehouse, I’m sure you’re aware of how many rimfire rifles you have on hand. Again, even if you don’t. A simple spreadsheet would save you a lot of time. Could have had some integrity and just came out and said if you won’t tell me what you want we won’t make an offer. I could respect that. It’s like they don’t understand haggling. If you weren’t in the market for them you’d know that instantly. But I appreciate you inspecting the guns you weren’t interested in buying and dry firing both of these rimfires. Especially the vintage one you can’t get parts for easily. I’d rather chop them in half then sell them to you and won’t be surprised when Sportman’s puts you out of business. I won’t ever waste my time coming back. Sad when you can get treated better at a big box vs what I’d prefer to do and shop local. Also I encourage anyone reading this review to read the others like mine. It also seems to be standard procedure for them to “review the security footage” then blame the customer on here in their response to their subpar customer service complaints. Which is extremely concerning. So they are attaching your name to the time stamp on their security footage apparently. So how else would they know of all the people who come in there. Which encounter is who’s based solely on a google reviewer’s name. As 2A proponents this company should NOT be trusted by us. Absolutely disgusting behavior and I’m sure if pressed by the government. For sure, they’d be the first to sell out their customers.

Always a great experience. Did the kiosk for my background and was very easy. The men are always nice and helpful. They will always have my business.

Lot's of merchandise, but sometimes difficult to get help. I'll add this is mostly just due to the fact that they are busy. Prices seem average for what I've seen other gun shops locally. Great knives too! Went back and had excellent customer service. Was able to sell one of my guns and Brad was very helpful and professional.

This amazing Gun Shop is a daily stop on my treasure hunts. The employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable. The Owner has provided both a friendly and family oriented environment! The selection is always changing, which is why I have to stop by so much! The accessories and ammo selection will provide all your needs and they are happy to look online if needed! P.S. Awesome place to sell and buy firearms. Sold a firearm of mine and was given a fair price and the prices on their firearms are reasonable, large selection of firearms, accessories, and loading powder,primers etc. Staff was very friendly as well I will be making my future firearm and firearm related purchases from them from now on.

Great place to purchase a firearm, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Awesome selection of guns, ammo and knives. They even have a decent selection of cigars. My new favorite place to shop.

I’ve bought several firearms from here. I brought back a firearm to sell that I bought from Premier and the older man (not owner) was completely dismissive and rude. I wasn’t looking for a return, I just wanted to buy a different firearm. The man told me that they already had one in stock so they weren’t interested. — Three months later I went back to sell a different firearm from my collection and was greeted with the same gentleman with the same rude dismissive, disrespectful attitude. I refuse to go back. There are better options and customer service in Avon and Lizton that actually appreciate your business and the money you spend. — Stay away unless you want to feel like a burden.

Great guys at Premier Arms! They were super helpful and patient . The store was well organized. I highly recommend this place for all your firearms needs! The Ruger AR556 with the Romeo and Juliet Sig optics was just what I wanted! Light weight and functional AR platform with lots of options. Thanks PA!
