My son was looking to buy his very first guitar. We walked in just minutes before closing time, and the gentleman working the counter greeted us and gave us a very good price within my sons budget. He was genuine and friendly throughout the entire interaction and seemed to actually care about his customers. Will definetly visit this place more often.

Very nice guy. Even though he wasn't able to take my item, he clearly cares about his customers and wanted me to come back. Sometimes pawn shops can only do what they can do. They are under no obligation to take your stuff if it doesn't make sense business wise for them to do so. The shop was clean and everything was well displayed. Most importantly everyone was polite. I can't say the same about other pawn shops in new Albany. I will definitely be doing business with antlers in the future.

Extremely likely that the staff sold my stolen iPhone out of their back door. Then lied to my face about it. Would give zero stars if I could.

Came in here just out of curiosity to see what they had. I collect old media, so this wasn't my kind of Pawn Shop; However it is a nice enough pawn shop that I felt the need to leave a review. Very clean and organized. Things are where you would expect them to be. Excellent place to shop for an arm or some nice music equipment.

Sold three firearms here the week of 11/9/25. Had a great interaction with the guy working the counter who I believe was the owner. He made me a good offer and bought the firearms. A+. I was extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism I had one more I wanted to sell on 11/19/25 and there was a younger guy working. The younger guy is arrogant smug and extremely rude and has a terrible customer service attitude. I said I’d like to sell this and he asked what I wanted. I said I’d like to get the most you can give me. Fair answer right? They know what they can sell it for and where they have to be on it. He said no, it’s your gun. I stated I wasst sure what it was worth today just do me the best ya can. He said we don’t give prices. I stated that’s odd I sold three in here last week and was given a price for each one, so he shrugged and said $20. Then informed me the owner said to pass. Why would anyone want to buy or sell anything from someone with an attitude like that? The guy last week told me to come back and see him if I had anything else so I did. What a disappointment.
