Very professional and George was great !

Very nice facility and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Their inventory of coins was very impressive. I was able to find what I needed and get my questions answered quickly and accurately. Would highly recommend for all coin collectors.

As I’m making this reviews they are still open thats how fats i was disrespected and laughed at when I said no to a deal on one coin while I still multiple to pull out. Treated me as if I was uneducated on what I had brought in. I brought in $1000 worth of coins and silver bullion. They offered me $15 for a 1783 shipwreck coin. I politely declined the offer but still had more i hadn’t even pulled out. $15 isn’t even spot value for the coin. Then proceeded to tell me the deals done before even looking at the rest. Guy was a complete prick. Sad display of customer service. All cuz of how I look and because it’s close to closing time?? I would just advise not eating your time unless you meet their standard of person.

Had the most pleasant experience at Fairfield’s! Lucas and Jessica were so helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. Once I picked out which ring I wanted, I was absolutely amazed to hear that Lucas would be able to size it for me on the spot! Jessica was able to do the appraisal for the ring as well while it was getting sized. The customer service was top notch! Thanks again! I’m so happy with my ring and will be back!

I had an absolutley great experience at Fairfield’s! The entire staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Jessica took answered every question offering honest guidance and making the whole process feel comfortable and enjoyable with no pressure. Lucas was exceptional with the resetting of my old anniversary ring into a new setting that was stunning. They helped me pick out a new engagement ring, trying multiple different versions and ideas. I couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship and service I received! I highly recommend!

Fairfield’s is hands down the best experience I’ve had in the journey of creating an engagement ring and wedding band set in Fort Wayne and is -the- spot for bullion and collectible coin trading in the city. The staff has been unbelievable in their unwavering patience, impeccable craftsmanship and incredible knowledge from start to finish. Compared to a few other stores in the area who gave off a vibe that they just wanted to sell me something each and every time, the staff at Fairfield’s took the time (and I mean a lot of time, feels like nearly every Wednesday for about 2 years) to listen to my questions and concerns and help me understand the intricacies of jewelry craftsmanship, different metallurgical properties of popular precious metals and proper diamond selection. The end result was an engagement ring that absolutely blew me away and for my fiancée (and I quote) “the ring I’ve dreamed about since I was little”. It doesn’t get better than that. I’ve recommended Fairfield’s to anyone that has any concerns or interest in precious metals and gemstones or jewelry for years, and now I have to recommend them publicly for helping make this journey incredible from start to finish.
