Brought a Coach purse to pawn/sell in great condition. The chick asked how much in looking for. Told her I wanted to know my options. She offered me $20 to sell and made a smart comment like, " I wouldn't pay $12 at the good will store!" Not a way to handle a first time customer. Wont be back!!!

That’s Right His Pawn Shop Is All About The Business Thats How They Make There Money & Profit While When People Are Wanting To Sell Stuff He Decreases The Price & Lowballs & Increases It For A Higher Price Thats How The Businesses Operates For His Margin,

SCAM ALERT!!! Be careful when doing business with the owner named SCOTT! SCOTT is a liar, cheat, thief, greedy, sneaky, and untrustworthy! This is probably the worst experience I have ever had doing business with someone, so bad that its my first time posting a review. SCOTT takes advantage of people after giving them a fake speech on how he really wants to help people but then turns around and does the complete opposite of helping you. SCOTT is not a man of his word! Very Bad Business! LETS START! I told SCOTT I'm coming back in a few weeks to buy everything back. SCOTT knew, agreed and still took advantage. I came into the pawn shop with apple air pod pros, Xbox X video game system, and a very EXSPENSIVE & RARE Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokémon collection including the RARE & ORIGINAL BASE SET CHARIZARD PSA 8 . As far as the air pods go, he priced them as regular air pods and not the pro version. Gave me only $40. SCOTT SOLD them a day before my (30 days) contract was up the same day i called him telling him i'm coming in to buy my stuff back as agreed. The XBOX he returned smelling like a Asian restaurant when i turned it on with the fan running, Also i noticed a game was downloaded and deleted in the files so obviously he took it home because his shop did not have that smell. I brought in a collection of cards that I have been collecting for many years. I had these cards in card holders and protected securely. I told him to keep them in their protective sleeves and somewhere safe. Instead of pricing the cards individually, SCOTT pawned them in separate groups. There were 3 or 4 groups and they had the different cards in them. SCOTT priced them at 30% as a group. I WAS VERY CLEAR THAT I WANTED TO HAVE THESE CARDS KEPT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PROTECTIVE PACKAGING and somewhere SAFE!!!!!! SCOTT KNEW AND AGREED! when i returned to come pick them up i found out SCOTT took them out of their protective packaging and threw them in a box filled with a bunch of random damaged cards. it took me a while to look thru them and when i found a few of them they were without their protective packaging and damaged. Some of the good cards SCOTT already sold when i still had time to collect. He probably thought i wasn't coming back and the cards when up in value so he took advantage. I guess SCOTT didn't realize what it means when a card is mint condition or damaged. SCOTT thought he can pull of a score after SCOTT Tried to sell what was left back to me individually loose cards and damaged. The cards went up in value so SCOTT tried to go up in price. the cards were damaged and not worth anything anymore. Why have contracts then? SCOTT attempted to sell me each card individually separate from each other; not what i pawned them for(no groups) and tried to sell them to me at 70% to 80% of the current value INDIVIDUALLY. Now i don't want to collect cards anymore and i wont have a special connection with my kids if i ever try to bring them into the hobby. Very upsetting and not professional! DONT DO BUSNIESS WITH THIS CHEAT! !!! SERIOUSLLY

I came in Monday high noon (02/09) my first time ever not only here but any type of pawn store, and what a pleasant experience! Jack is such a great guy! Friendly, cheerful, informative, he takes his time to do proper business as a good employee, but also makes sure the customer knows what they have or are willing to buy to ensure that he or she leaves satisfied. Thank you Jack, for everything! Pawn USA, please give this man a raise and a new car, you can’t afford to loose to him!
