I absolutely loved my experienced. I came into sell some scrap gold and silver completely not knowing much about the process, but I had definitely done some research online and stopped into a couple other places prior to coming here. The other place… yes, I can make a list of those. They did not make me feel comfortable. They were not explaining things the way I wanted them to nor being transparent. With that said, Chrissy is a gem (pun intended). I appreciate the knowledge that she shared and the level of clarity that she gave. Plus the pricing was on point. Later on that day, I even bought some broken pieces back from my mom- same experience! 1000% will recommend.

So easy to work with and incredibly friendly. Chrissy designed my fiancée’s engagement ring. The ring is absolutely beautiful and at an unbeatable price. We couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship and service. Chrissy is the absolute best! My husband went to Chrissy nervous about designing the perfect engagement ring for me & as soon as he met Chrissy he knew this ring would be perfect. Chrissy helped pick the perfect round diamond, giving advice on the color, cut, clarity, & the perfect carat weight for my finger. She also helped with the width of my band because all I told my husband was I wanted something “skinny”. With the experience being so amazing we decided to go back Chrissy to make my wedding band and my husband’s wedding band. It was so great getting advice on the diamond eternity band I wanted and making sure it sat well with my engagement ring. My husband wanted a wedding band with a ridge and Chrissy delivered! We are both SO happy and I love all the compliments I get on both of my rings. I feel so lucky to have found my own jeweler and I cannot wait for my anniversary to go back and get something special!

I had done business there a few times with the father and so had one of my family members so the last time I was there, a little over a year ago, I took some of my late mother-in- law's old jewelry to see if it was worth anything. I also took my solid 14k gold, double clasped bracelet to get a short range loan. I found out most of the jeweley was worthless but the daughter who was working there at the time, gave me $200. using my bracelet to secure the loan. I told her I should be back in a month or so. When I did call back to tell her I was coming that weekend to get the bracelet & asked for the cost, she said something like $260. I said ok but then I was not able to get there till the following weekend. In hindsight, I should have called to tell her but thought I was a valued customer so when I arrived, I stood in the little lobby for about twenty minutes waiting only for her to finally come & tell me they no longer had my bracelet, that it must have been sold for scrap metal. When I asked her the name of company they used to pick up their scraps, she could not tell me so I could not them to try & get it back, if that's what happened to it, which I really doubt. Anyway, the bracelet which I had bought some forty years ago & wanted to give as a heirloom to my daughter is gone. I'd be very cautious about doing business with this place. If the father had still been working there, I don't think this would have happened. (It looked similar to this.)
