Stopped by with my kids to purchase some coins. Had visited store before and made other purchase from an older man who was excellent providing guidance to the next generation of collectors. Went in today and some younger man asked us to wait outside as their were too many people inside, himself and 2 other people non masked, but allows another person inside caring a box. This store is a filthy hole in the wall, to begin with but making a customer with kids wait outside. In previous visits the story had plenty of people with kids. Do urself a favor go the Hertals coins down the street or PGS Coins in Palatine. Both understand how to treat customers.

I have been here 3 times now and can say each time was ab10/10 experience. The owner is very fair, honest, and transparent which is hard to find. He provides EXCELLENT service, unlike the other coin shops in the area... He has an insane amount of experience and is happy to take the time to answer your questions, review/analyze your coins, stamps, and more, and will provide great detail on his pricing and reason for pricing. If you are looking to trade in your coins for cash or looking for coins to add to your collection, this is the place!
