Bought a nail gun from them. Opened it up later and saw no battery. I was traveling and they immediately found the missing battery and are shipping to me ASap. Great customer service

Incompetent or a liar. Guy said they pay 6 dollars back of spot for silver. Showed him 6 standing liberty quarters. 78.18 melt value. He offered 60 bucks. He didnt know that 1.40 face value contains an oz of silver. Get real. Ill just go to the coin store.

Staff did not appear to be confident in their calculations, used a scale that is off by 0.1g (to their advantage) and not precise enough for jewelry. I calibrate scales professionally. They said they were rounding off the weight to the smallest digit despite not being mathematically accurate (again to their advantage). Tried to use a spot price for gold that is lower (said had a different website). They were probably honest but lacked professionalism.
