Tony Carducci is a certified local LEGEND for a reason. Thank you for so kindly squeezing me in so close to closing time, Tony. The greater Quad City Area is beyond fortunate to have you here. It's the little things that often make the biggest impact and this guy has been doing exactly that in spades for decades. The facility itself is great, clean, and efficiently managed and operated. They have a giant surplus of eye catching inventory which would be worth making the trip by its own merit already. Interior was relatively clean for the massive amount of ingoing/outgoing inventory they fly through each day. Easy to find store front. Will absolutely be back. Highly recommended.

I came in with a used 5 string Ibanez Bass I wasn’t using and walked out with a perfect Martin Acoustic. Tony and Jim went above and beyond to help me find the perfect instrument and I am very pleased. Tony will be getting my future Luthier work and I’ve found my favorite shop in the Midwest! Thank you Tony and Jim for the beautiful Martin.

These people advertised an item at one price, then canceled my confirmed purchase order because they wanted to raise the price. They should honor the advertised price instead of false advertising. Reported to PayPal and the BBB for their shady actions. Beware of this place. Then they tried to rope me into paying a higher price for it. They have no business ethics. Reply to Owner: Thank you for your quick response to the issue. I am still interested in repurchasing the item at the advertised price I originally purchased it for. Please let me know what you can do to resolve the issue. Thank you again for your attention in this matter. Will C. New Update: I just called the Owner and he stated to me that the Google system writes standard replies and that he did not write the reply and that he will not do anything to honor his advertised price. Very poor business ethics. Wow, what a turn around. The owner or his AI asst. says I felt entitled to expect to pay the advertised price? They should have removed the item or repriced it. My mistake was trying to do business with these unethical people. Guess what gold went down again right after they repriced it. Guess they are not in a hurry to process a new lower price? Didn't think so. Have a nice day.

My husband dragged me here to buy a tool. I've never been to a pawn shop. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. I ended up buying a purse and later came back to drop off my computer for repair. They had the computer up and running within 15 mins!! Shop here!!!!
