Went there today to sell some jewelry from my parent's estate, it quick and easy, Kent and his helper were nice to deal with, great customer service!
We have been customers for the last couple years but after today we will definitely not be back. The “owner” was really rude and disrespectful even after we have spent thousands of dollars at their establishment. She caught an attitude and was being rude to me over the phone while my mother was in store and was also treated with the same disrespect.
They are hands down the best in the area. The customer service is excellent and you just never know what you might find at this Downtown Danville staple. If you're new to firearms they're always willing to answer any questions in a friendly and helpful manner. Stop in sometime! You'll be happy you did.
I have been going there for years they treat me like family!! A great place for jewelry and guns plus if you ever need that little bit of help they are great about that too
