0The lady who Answers the phone in the morning is extremely rude and nasty.
Good place and people to shop!! Will be back! Thank you!
They took the time out of their busy schedule to verify my silver bar. Owner and staff were friendly and helpful.
Respectful owners I have done business in the past they give fair prices for high end coins and they give about 90% spot price for silver and gold
I had over 600 ounces worth of silver coins. I called and they gave me a fair price on the phone. I drove hours and arrived at this location and they gave me a far lower price than what they claimed. Also very disrespectful. The whole atmosphere was just a bad vibe.
The lady who answered the phone is literally driving business away I called about purchasing a full tube of silver coins. I ask do you know what generic round I would most likely get if I purchased a full tube? Answer: NO So I follow up with. Do you know for certain if you have a full tube of generic rounds? Answer: Ehhh Probably Curious to see how much longer they last open with this type of service. Itβs extremely apparent why they charge such low premiums cause theyβre gonna treat you like garbage.
My first experience here was great, the gentleman that helped me buy some ounces of silver was very short but very informative which I appreciate much he also answered the questions with respect and trust. I was Treated with kindness and respect. Thanks for the great experience.
Sold a single gold buffalo 6 months ago. I believe if I remember correctly they bought slightly back of bid ( Comex) I believe gold was $4260 and I was paid $4210 or so. I found their pricing extremely fair and honest. Not much more than you can ask for. Also they were strictly business, not unfriendly, but very businesslike. If I need more friends I will go to the bar and buy people beer and make friends. After reading someof the reviews I can see people have ridiculous expectations. Youβre doing financial transactions, not dating. Some of you are out of your minds. By the way, Iβm certain the only color these business people see are gold, silver and green.
